This practice improves sleep, diabetes, hypertension, mood swings, anxiety, lung/diaphragm function, strength, arthritis, & excess weight. My greatest fulfillment is making people feel good, physically & spiritually, accepting them as who they are. Give your mind & body, regardless of your age, a better quality of life by connecting the energy of breath to movement and healing through sound and vibration.
